Under construction for about 40 years, and the opening of the 500th anniversary of Christopher Columbus first landed in the New World (which is not the island of Hispaniola, in the Bahamas), the appalling weird concrete monument, tenfloors and 688 feet long period of time, is said to cost poor countries $ 70 million.
