world's largest chair, Anniston, Alabama

world's largest chair

Laying claim to the chair in the nation's largest, over the years has been a back and forth thing, a 12-foot-high mission style chair, built in 1905 in Massachusetts. Competitors over the years from Tennessee, North Carolina and Vermont, a three-storey plus armchair, advertising Miller Office Furniture in downtown Anniston, Alabama, was founded in the 1980s, this before settling on the 33-foot chair, said to be better than many other big chairs scattered across the planet.

Actual chair itself is powerful, behind the construction of 100,000 tons of steel. Chair of the Italian Grand Prix in the world, at 60 feet; just fine did not tell the people of Anniston.
